From the San Francisco Airport/traveling north to San Francisco via Highway 101:

  • Take Highway 101 North.
  • As you approach the city, stay in the Bay Bridge - Interstate 80 lane.
  • Take the 4th Street exit - the last San Francisco exit.
  • Go straight through the signal. You are now on Bryant Street.
  • Turn left on 3rd Street (1 block).
  • Proceed on 3rd street 4 blocks, stay in the far left lane.
  • Cross Market Street.
  • Take an immediate left on Geary Street.
  • The downtown Hotel Monaco San Francisco is on the corner of Geary & Taylor Streets.

Directions to our hotel from the north (Marin and Sonoma counties):
Traveling south to San Francisco, CA via the Golden Gate Bridge/Highway 101

  • Take Highway 101 South.
  • Take the Lombard Street exit (14 blocks).
  • Turn right on Van Ness Avenue (14 blocks).
  • Turn left on Bush Street (7 blocks).
  • Turn right on Mason Street (2 blocks).
  • Turn right on Geary Street (4 blocks).
  • The downtown Hotel Monaco San Francisco is on the corner of Geary & Taylor Streets.

Directions to our hotel from the east (Oakland and the East Bay):
From the Bay Bridge, Interstate 80 and the East Bay

  • Take the Fremont Street exit (2 blocks).
  • Turn left on Howard Street (3 blocks).
  • Turn right on 3rd Street (3 blocks). Stay in the far left lane.
