The iconic Grand Café, serving San Francisco for over 20 years, has closed their doors for good. We are busy cooking up something new in its place and look forward to welcoming you back when our new restaurant opens in early 2015.
Why is the restaurant closed?
Our restaurant is going through a complete re-concept and redesign, with a whole new look and menu in the works.
Where can I dine in the meantime?
There is a huge variety of dining options just outside our front door. Take a look at our top suggestions here. And of course our concierge team is always happy to offer a customized recommendation; email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I just want a convenient and quick breakfast?
While our restaurant is closed, we are pleased to offer complimentary continental breakfast to hotel guests. Breakfast will be served Monday - Friday from 7 - 9 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 - 10 a.m.
Will you still be hosting Wine Hours?
Yes, we will continue to host Wine Hours from 5 - 6 p.m. every evening.

When will the redesign work take place?
Work on the new restaurant will occur Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. This schedule allows us to serve complimentary continental breakfast from 7 - 9 a.m. on weekdays and 8 - 10 a.m. on weekends, and to host Wine Hours from 5 - 6 p.m daily.
